Guys,

Could someone add this enhancement to the software?

All languages names are in the language combobox and I am sure there is a place from where all developers take the flags.

All one needs to do is to show a flag if a dictionary is available and it has been selected.

Using flags to identify languages is always a bad idea; or, to be precise, it works well for a lot of languages, but it is very problematic in other situations.

You could still have a point since indeed the flags you propose would not be linked to languages but to locales (so the flag would not be for "English", but for "English as spoken in the UK", and applying a flag to it would be less problematic); but still this would mean that we expose ourselves to political discussions about the proper flag to use for Basque and Catalan, for example.

In the end I see this as a risk to be evaluated before discussing any implementations.

They also suggested Locale instead of language.

But I believe it is doable.
