cant Open openoffice

After updating some rpms amongst this was icuuc42 was updated to version 56 Openoffice does not work.

have tried to reinstall also, still the same issue

has now install libicu-legacy can now open Openoffice but my password protected files gives error password wrong.

fyi my sheet is working in Linux and Windows so my sheet is not corrupt.

Installed the legacy rpm for nss then it was working again. With password protected files.
