update downloads and saves but will not install it keeps coming up failed for some reason on version 4.1.2 at the moment please help

Not enough information to attempt to replicate. Sounds like an Issue with the Quickstarter still being open. Close the Quickstarter by right clicking the AOO Seagull icon on the right side of the taskbar and select close. If that does not solve the problem. Please supply the full text of the error message.
