my screen looks like this

I have an laptop with 15" and he has fullhd panel and when i try to work on scalling 125% because looks normal i can't because program looks like in another resolution all characters and graphicks looks soo bad, can you help me?

I don't know what you expect from this function. The attached screenshot looks not unnormal to me.

I assume you are talking about this function:
Tools - Options - View - Scaling

Here the respective help topic:

The Scaling setting does not affect the font size of text in a document.

That's what I can see when using this function. The text is getting bigger or smaller depending on the percent value I've set.
