As discussed in the dev mailinglist, links to sections (maybe other links included) doesn't work in 4.1.4.

4.1.4 isn't available in the version field, so I selected 4.1.5-dev.

To reproduce this issue:
1. create a new text document
2. insert a section with content
3. insert a section as link to the first section
4. change the content of the first section

5. Tools… → Update → Links
or Tools… → Update → Update All

=> Nothing happens.

4.1.4 as version is now appearing so I changed this.

Also for Windows
