The input text fields are not editable
Last modified: 2019-05-02 20:38:46 UTC
The input text fields are not editable. Please see this video to clearfy - https://youtu.be/qP_1c04E5lg Linux Mint 18.1 Serena 64bit
Video about find and replace dialog box, but bug for any text field UI. It's very old bug. Please fix it.
The steps you execute are? 1. Open new writer file? 2. CONTROL +H 3. Try to replace something ?? Am I correct?
1. Open new writer file 2. CONTROL+F 3. Try type a text (what to find), then delete it by Backspace button. 4. Try type a text again (what to find). 5. You'll see text (3) and text (4) together in this "what to find" field.
Can not confirm with AOO 4.1.4 Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit. Looks like a problem with the graphic card driver.
Cannot confirm with Windows 10 Either.
I've tested on three PC: two PC with integrated video nvidia card and one with power gaming nvidia card. The problem was observed on all computers controlled by the Linux (debian based) operating system. On all computers there were proprietary nvidia drivers. In the Libre Оffice environment for Linux this bug is not present on my three computers. For the Windows operating system, there is no problem also (for the libre and open office).

Try to disable "Use hardware acceleration" in Tools > Options
> Try to disable "Use hardware acceleration" in Tools > Options It's disable by default. Problem isn't solved.
> It's disable by default. Problem isn't solved. And I can't make enable it.
Try to reset the user profile. And give the feedback here.
