Found a bug in using PenPower Wireless Writing Pad http://sg.penpower.net/product.asp?sn=802 on MacOS 10.13.3 with OpenOffice 4.1.5 or LibreOffice 6.0.2 (latest versions). This happens in both English or Chinese MacOS interfaces.

Repro Steps:
1. Open a current or new OpenOffice or LibreOffice document (word processing or spreadsheet).
2. Type some text (English or Chinese).
3. Copy and then paste some text in the document.
4. Using the PenPower input pad, write any number of Chinese characters (this likely happens with English as well).
5. Instead of the Chinese characters being written to the document by the pad app, the last item that was pasted is instead pasted again. (works fine in other Mac apps)
