Writer spell checker issue example

Hi,
Spell checking does not seem to work for all users.
My home PC has 3 user profiles/accounts. An amdin and 2 other non admin users. Only 1 of the non admin user profiles has this issue.
All words are underlined red as if spelt wrong. It has been like this for a long while now but can't remember how long.
Believed this maybe as think added an additional english dictionary a long time ago.
Tried to update of writer but kept failing.
Believe version was 4.1.0.xxx so gave in and logged in to admin profile and uninstalled OpenOffice. The reinstalled 4.1.6
Same result! Admin profile worked fine spelling all ok. Went to the user profile and still underlining as if spelling errors.
Checked all options/ language settings and all looked fine.
Decided to uninstall & install OpenOffice 4.1.6 from the user profile to see if it did a better job of removing all files/components in case it was missing a profile specific dictionary that was no longer supported etc.
No change still underlining all words in that user's profile/account.

Hello,

this is an known issue. Current way to fix this is to reset the corrupted Profile.
We have no knowledge what people do to corrupt their profile except updating.

please see the following tutorial.
