Trying to set a password using 'Save As' fails for both spreadsheet and write documents. This occurs whether starting from an ods or odt file or from a doc or wks file, trying to save as odt or ods respectively. A message "General error. General input/output error" is displayed. Also, if I create a password protected ods or odt file using OpenOffice 4.1.6 for Windows, that file will not open in OO for OS/2 which gives me an error message "The password is incorrect. The file cannot be opened". Opening in Windows works perfectly. I can also open doc files created in Windows which have password protection in OO for OS/2. I note that this error has been reported previously for Mac versions of OO but none of the proposed solutions applies to OS/2

Just uninstalled 4.1.6 and installed an old version of OO (3.2). Password function works perfectly.

Confirmed for Writer with AOO 4.1.6 on ArcaOS 5.0.4.
