Confirmed on Windows 10 with AOO42X and trunk and on Ubuntu 16.04 with AOO 4.1.7

I will concentrate here on the Writer part.

The missing space was fixed in trunk with:

   If you mean "UntitledX", Bugzilla Issue 95320
   ("Inconsistent labelling of unsaved documents") 
   pointed out:
    
      "The labelling of unsaved documents in OOo 3.0 has changed from
      "Untitled1" to "Untitled 1" (a blank character has been added).
      However this change has not been made consistently in every place,
      where these labels appear.".
  
   I have seen at least 5 instances of "UntitledX" issue in components
   of AOO (4.1.7 and 4.2-dev), including the title of printing job,
   but I have no idea whether Navigator was present in AOO in year 2008.
   If it was, it could be covered by description: "However this change
   has not been made consistently in every place, where these labels
   appear."
   
   If that's the case what about the rule of not reporting an issue
   already reported?
   
   And does each instance of "UntitledX" need a separate report?

Thereby Issue 123402 and Issue 123406 are fixed too.
