Description Arrigo Marchiori 2021-01-18 18:01:32 UTC
This report is about version 4.1.9 RC

The RPM archive openoffice4.1.9-suse-menus-4.1.9-9805.noarch.rpm depends on file /etc/SuSE-release that has been removed since openSUSE Leap 15.0.
Source: https://en.opensuse.org/Etc_SuSE-release

The RPM can be installed with the --nodeps switch.
Comment 1 Marcus 2021-01-18 22:42:23 UTC
A good candidate for the 4.2.0 release, so I've set it as target milestone.
Comment 2 Arrigo Marchiori 2021-01-24 14:05:58 UTC
The RPM for Freedesktop-compliant distributions seem to work perfectly with current openSUSE Leap 15.2. The KDE menu lists the AOO entries with proper icons, and AOO is associated with the relevant file types.

I believe that the quickest solution of this problem is to get rid of the SuSE-only RPM.

I can issue a pull request for this, but I would like to hear someone's opinion first.
