Prerequisite for Draw / Impress:
option "Copy when moving" is ON
(menu 'Tools - Options... - OpenOffice [Draw / Impress] - General')

Step to reproduce:
1. open a new document (Draw or Impress)
2. insert a shape, e.g. ellipse
3. add a glue point inside the shape
4. move the glue point while holding down the Ctrl key

   Notice the message displayed in the information field
   on the Status Bar:

     Move Glue point From Ellipse (x=..." y=...")with copy

5. Stop moving: the glue point has been moved without a copy
   (see also information on the last command in menu 'Edit - Undo')

Either the glue point cannot be moved with a copy
(then the information on the Status bar is wrong)
or
it should be moved with a copy
(then the program is faulty).
