The text field service names should be "com.sun.star.text.TextField..." not
"...text.textfield...".

The bug description was a little ambigous, but the offapi IDL
structure is the way it has to be used.

StarOffice_7_RC_SDK/docs/DevelopersGuide/Text/Text.htm#1+3+5+Text+Fields

There will be an bugtracker (internal) follow up bug for the
misspelling of the module name in at least one coding examples on the
same page:

e.g. 
com.sun.star.text.TextField.User 
instead of
com.sun.star.text.textfield.User
