projects have the wrong license type (Apache License),
Has the license type to be set to LGPL/SISSL by hand or will this happen during
migration automagicly?
If it has to be done by hand, who is in charge to do this?

Seriously, will do it tonite. 
Suggestion: there are still lots of experimental projects out there; perhaps create a new category for them? it will clean up the site, a little.

Seems that this has to be changed during upgrade manually as the licenses are 
wrong on sc-test4.

done yet again.
Once again, changed default licenses for all the projects.
Once again updated the license information in the Help.
However: what must still be done is change the TOC in the Help 
to conform with the licensing possibilities.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
