I'd like to see hyperlinks and bookmarks included in an exported PDF file.

At the moment the hyperlinks in an exported PDF are a pain for the end user. The
user still has to manually copy the URL over to the browser.

The bookmarks would most likely come from the documents headings, although it
would be nice to have the option to add sections for tables, figures, charts and
so on.

Whilst conceptually using OOo bookmarks for PDF bookmarks is cleaner, there is
the overhead of having to add them manually when editing the document.
Subsequently an enhancement for an option for Styles to auto-create a bookmark
might be a good idea. (I don't think this is already a feature, I'm still fairly
new with OOo)

I also think that the table of content and the table of figures of a
document should use PDF links.
