When one opens a page tab in SO help using keayboard navigation focus jumps from
the page tab to the first gui element in that page immediately. Correct
behaviour should be that the page tab keeps the focus until the user focuses
another element on that tab using tab key.

This is not important for OOo 1.1.1. => set to 2.0.
