There is already an option "Rehearse Timing" which permits to know the time per
slide

The problem is that come back to 00:00:00 at every slide and it's sometimes
useful to know the total time especially if we have time constraints.

There's many way to solve this problem :
- a popup which gives the total time at the end of the presentation
- a button replace the "time per slide" by the "total time" (if we ask for it)
- a second button appears to give the "total time" near the "time per slide"

I think that the three ways are complementary
