If, in the template Organizer, I drag-and-drop a style from a newly made
template to a file I am currently working on, it is MOVED to the destination
file. I need to press the Ctrl-key in order to copy it. In my opinion this is
contrary to user expectation (that´s why I call it a defect).  I'd recommend
making copy the default operation.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

PS style is removed from the list in the dialog window, not from the template file itself.
