When trying to install a new Java, OO doesn't install
Java.  The radio button is blacked out so it can't be
checked.

Note: This is a different issue then older versions of the 
Java Runtime Environment not being found.  IE
issues #14781, 14823, 14282, 14847, 14851, 14987
The option for OpenOffice installing a new, compatible
version of Java isn't working either.
