error in converting reference on bookmark from OpenOffice to Word.
When set an hyperlink on a bookmark or reference on this bookmark, the 
bookmaritself its not understood by Word ...

I've made a very small document to show the problem on hyperlinks on 
bookmark.

This is anot a P1 issue, since it doesn't cause crashes.

I've had a look at your file (#6747), and I don't understnad what's 
going on. Have you set up hyperlinks which point at other links? Could 
you explain what's meant to happen when I click on each of them?

MRU->CMC: The second ref field on page two seems to have a wrong
target after export. Also the Hyperlinks in the TOC point to wrong
destinations.

Hmm, word doesn't allow spaces in bookmark names. So the ref to "je
met une ref..." won't work in word, but will on reimport to writer.
What to do there, replace spaces with underscores perhaps.

For spaces we could use html encoding for the bookmark names, and that
works. But then I find that word has an arbitrary 40character limit
for bookmark names, this example with html encoded bookmark names will
break that limit :-(
