No idea how to make that accessible, but ZoomText reads nothing.

If I understand this correctly, we need descriptions for all "sub 
controls" (the lines) in the border control, that are focussed. To 
make ZT read something like "selected is left border: not set, right 
border: thin black"?

Or do I miss the point completely?

And not to forget that it doesn't help if ZT reads correctly, but the
user can't make changes with the *keyboard*
