Description Unknown 2003-07-29 15:20:33 UTC
The custom format code of cells is corrupted during save/open so that the
displayed data is affected in an unpredictable manner.

The problem is that double quotation marks are getting lost during saving or
loading a document.

For example this changes the following custom formats:
"( "0,") "
[>1]"(32 µM, n = "0", ";[=1]"(32 µM, n = "0") ";General

Into these:
( 0)
[>1]"(32 µM, n = "0,;[=1]"(32 µM, n = "0) ;General

The same happens at the same positions when I replace the double
quoted string by single character quoting ("xyz" changed to \x\y\z).
Comment 4 Unknown 2003-07-29 17:36:47 UTC
It does NOT happen when I change the file in .xls instead of .xsc format.
Comment 5 Unknown 2003-07-29 17:58:32 UTC
When I save as .xls another custom format gets corrupted:

0%"x"

Is changed to:

0"%x "

Will try all file formats until I find one where my formats are not
getting corrupted =:-S

Same with "\/0", see issue 17829.
Comment 9 thorsten.ziehm 2004-08-19 15:51:28 UTC
Because of limited resource for OOo2.0, it was decided to shift this tasks to
the next milestone. If somebody will be found, who can implement this until
OOo2.0, then this tasks will be re-targeted.
