How does one define a keystroke to place an accent over
a character or a tilde over a character (such as is
done in some foreign languages, like Spanish)?
In MSWord it is possible to define a keystroke such
as ctrl-e as an accent over the character that is entered,
or ctrl-n as a tilde over n.
thank you
