Description hdu@apache.org 2003-08-14 10:04:07 UTC
Followup to issue 12697. There are some fonts that either do not have the symbols required to
print the non-printing-char indicators or where the non-printing-char indicators have a width
different from their corresponding non-printing characters. E.g. the MidDot and the Space have a
different width.

The first case is much more common. Check in the Insert->Special_Character dialogue whether a
font has the non-printing-char indicators. If there are none the fallback fonts indicators are used
which are usually not matched to the original fonts non-printing chars.
