Description Unknown 2003-08-14 16:20:10 UTC
OpenOffice crashes if I try to open one of my documents.
I put an 'strace'-log and the stderr-dumps to

    http://139.30.7.87/oo/

where you can inspect the logs.
I hope that helps

Lars R.

It'd help more if you put your document up there so we could repeat
the problem! Or send it to me by email if it's private.

Also, could you check to see if OOo 1.1 rc3 fixes the problem?

btw your valgrind dump cannot be fetched, the server refuses.

Lars, I still can't access
http://139.30.7.87/oo/OpenOffice1.1.valgrind.log.pid15263

Can you fix that?

Does rc4 happen to solve your problem? If not, can you
submit a crash log with its crash reporter?

Can you post your document?

Utomo > Roker:
As previously requeted by Dan kegel.
Please provide the documents to test.
Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it/faster to confirm.
(Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily/need more
time)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem.

Hi roker,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice...

As far as I know a *.sxf file is a selfextracting file...

So please attach a sample document until 12/04/2003...

If there's no new comment from you with an attached sample document I'll
assume that this works now...
I'll need to close the Issue then...
