The class ExtToolkit is used in the dDevelopersGuide ( section 11.6 ) but is not documented 
anywhere. Please rectify.

This service does not exist.  It just existed temporarily for a short
while during development.  Now, simply Toolkit can be used.  Thus we
just need to remove the three letters "Ext" from this example in the
Developers Guide.  

Ivonne Jacoby seem to have no OOo IssueZilla account yet, and is not
avaible currently => postponing.
