Description lars 2003-09-09 12:14:41 UTC
File type in Open/Save dialogue says "OOo 1.0 type"

rename it to "OOo type" (appropriately adjusted)

Hey: you put the main apps. at the beginning of the "File an Isse" list: good!
Now if you also put "other" at top of the OS selection drop down menu in the
issuer-filer, it'd be great!
Comment 1 thorsten.martens 2003-09-11 09:24:04 UTC
TM->BH: Seems to be more an enhancement of the filter-detection than a
defect to me. Please have a look, thanks !
Comment 2 utomo99 2003-10-31 08:00:14 UTC
we only have one standard for file type, we didnt different it
between 1.0 and 1.1 file format, so this Issue need to be fixed too.
(I believe it is not enhancement)

People will confuse if they tough that OOo 1.0 and 1.1 or 1.x is not
same standard.
It is defect , Reassign issue to owner of selected subcomponent
Comment 3 thorsten.martens 2003-12-12 09:47:39 UTC
TM->BH: As already talked to you and FT, this is defenitively a wish for an
enhancement. As far as I know, this was already discussed and decided to act the
way like it is.

issue still valid as per OOo 3.0 Beta m2.

might have been decided long ago but it should be stated here. How about
" 1.x[.y]" type?

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
