Hyperlinks/bookmarks between presentation pages or objects within the 
presentation do not work in pdf files created using the Export to PDF function.

This is true but I am not sure if it is a bug.

I am not sure if there is already something planned for OOo 2.0,

I put this on duplicate to #i20327#. We will improve on the hyperlink as
described there. In fact external hyperlinks (http://www.something) do already
work in impress in CWS pdf01.
