Hi,

As I can see it's impossible to set user-defines colours for example as cell
backgrounds (and as other colours). The only way is to set such colours in the
settings. I think this is very circuitous.
In Microsoft's office its possible to set user-defines colours directly. I think
you should do the same in OpenOffice.

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To manage the many suggestions for enhancing the color palette, I have created a

The purpose of the new issue is for management only, it does not duplicate
specific design requests (that we wish to capture).
