If you enter text that is longer than a cell is wide into a cell that is right 
justified the text 'hangs' through the left of the cell. The problem is that 
when you choose either right or center justification the cell doesn't change. 
In these scenarios the text should hang through the right side for right 
justification and both for center. I ran into this when converting some 
documents from Excel format. I was able to reproduce this on both WinXP and 
Win98 using OOo 1.1.0.

What's about using Find an Issue with Spreadsheet as component and
right as keyword for the summary field. This will lead you to Issue
3387 and from there to Issue 1171.
