Product Concept
Covered by using a) signed document parts and signed document at the same time
b) nested text section. Anyway, the signatures are independent of each other and
will not be signed themselves.

MIB->LHO: As explained in #i20157# there is no approved use case for partially
signed documents existing. This obsoletes this task.
