Like Excel, OOo Spreadsheet chooses its own date & time formats for me when I 
export to CSV, though I have defined my preferred date & time format within 
the spreadsheet.  Within the sxc spreadsheet the date & time are formatted by 
my choice, MM/DD/YY and HH:MM.  But when I export to CSV, Spreadsheet creates 
a CSV file with the dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY and the time in the format 
hh:MM:SS AM/PM. (Probably based on default US locale settings).  Anyway, is 
seems that the CSV Export should WYSIWYG.

Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it/faster to confirm.  
(Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily/need more
time)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem
