The Writer and HTML modules of OOO allow the user to inspect and change the path
of a linked graphic by means of a properties dialogue box (see attached
screenshots). Draw and Calc and Impress have no such dialogue box and no way
(that I know of) to inspect or change the path of a linked graphic.

If dialogue boxes similar to that in Writer/HTML were available in all modules,
it would solve this problem, and bring more consistency to the suite.

You can edit the link of an inserted linked graphic in Impress/Draw
using Edit/links...
I see that this is not very consistent comapred with the other
applications. So I set this isue to issue type enhancement.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
