Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 20918
When metric units are used, show rulers with metric divisions
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:39:01 UTC
The attached screenshot shows rulers divided into increments of 6mm. Since metric units are being used, rulers should really be divided in a metric manner, with increments of 1, 2, 5 or 10 (etc.) units.

Confirming. I think this is a bug, not enhancement. Might be related to issue #24205 inch units are used although prefereces are for centimeter
