Description serge.le_louarne 2003-10-12 12:22:38 UTC
User datas not correctly filed in letter with autopilote.
Only my name and my country are present in the letter. In "Tools / options",
these datas are in their place

I can confirm this with OOo 1.1.0(en) on Win98. Only Name and Country
is used in letter template created by autopilot. Other existing data
is missing.

I need to add that during first install of OOo (1.0.2) I only filled
name and country into the user data fiels when I was asked, and have
never changed or added data. Only now I´ve added some to check this issue.

Changed OS and Version. Set to New.

Modification of my previous comment:

When clicking through the autopilot letter dialogue a field appears
where the user data is editable. There it also shows an unnamed icon
for updating the user data. Click on it, and there the missing data is.

So it´s not a defect, really. I´ll change the type to enhancement
since it certainly makes sense that the autopilot should read the
actual user data straightaway. This especially for those who click on
the Create button of the first autopilot dialogue window without going
through the whole process.

HI->BH: The AutoPilot will be rebuild anyway.

This appears to work correctly on 1.1.2 for Windows.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
