The property ZoomType is set and afterwards the set value is checked, but
according to the idl:

"After setting other types then <member
scope="com::sun::star::view::DocumentZoomType">BY_VALUE</member>,implementations
may calculate the required zoom value and set the type to <member
scope="com::sun::star::view::DocumentZoomType">BY_VALUE</member> afterwards."

What in fact means that I get BY_VALUE independend from the value I set.

The idea to adjust the testcase is to set the value and check if the property
ZoomValue has changed afterwards.

ZoomType now works properly, but there is a new problem with IsLayerMode. This
is the follow up issue 52942
