when we page preview, the scrollbar is only working for one page only. so when 
we already reach the bottom of the page, we cannot hit the scrollbar and view 
next page. 

this is not a problem in writer.

to reproduce, open calc file which contain more than one page.
page preview. 
scroll until the bottom of the page, hit scroll again will be no effect/cannot 
view next page.
