original summary: "Another way to freeze titles"

Szenario: User wants to freeze (fixate) the first three rows. User therefore
selects the first three rows using the row caption on the left-hand side of the
table. Then the user selects Window|Freeze

expected results: the top three rows should be freezed

actual results: only the top two rows are freezed (if the user did select the
rows starting with row 1 - if user started the selection with row 3, no row is
fixated)

reason for this is that the freeze happens above the highlighted cell.

The behavior should be changed so that if a complete row is selected, that row
is included, no matter what cell is currently highlighted.
The same applies to columns.

Additionally, the functionality should be accessible using the context-menu on a
row/column header.

Especially an entry in the context menu, when a complete row is selected, would
be a lot more intuitive compared to the current entry in the "window"-menu.
