Description Unknown 2003-12-05 04:09:02 UTC
I minimized a project I was working on to return and finish working later,
upon my return,I found an error message telling me that if I was in the middle
of something, the information may be lost and I should report the problem.
Open office has come up every time I have started my computer since, trying to
send an error report.
Your help would be most appreciated!! Thanks

Do you have any additional information you could provide about what you were doing at the time of
the crash? Have you tried uninstalling your current version of OOo and upgrading to the latest
(1.1.0)? That alone should fix the problem.

Also, are you running a fully-patched version of Windows XP? IIRC, there was a patch released to
address flaws in the Windows error reporting mechanism; perhaps that would fix the issues.

first please try the latest openoffice.org 1.1 Final which you can download
from the website or order the CDROM.

next please try to find how to reproduce the problem. and add more info, so
the developer can analize it. now there is no enough information for
analizyng.
Thanks

Hi --

Please advise if you are still experiencing this problem.

If the error report is still coming up for you, you may be able to copy and
paste it to a text file and upload the attachment to this issue. This may help
determine what happened.

Please let us hear back from you regarding the status of your issue. If the
problem cannot be independently reproduced and we don't receive further input
from you, we'll have to close as invalid.
