The spec is final, alas ready for implementation.

summary of the spec:

1. The highlighted item must be applied if the item was highlighted using the
keyboard and the list box is closed by clicking the list box arrow button.
2. TAB must select the highlighted item and close the listbox.
3. Alt-Up arrow: close listbox without applying selection.

This applies to list and combo boxes.

This feature has to be postponed, as it requires severe changes in the handling
of popup windows.

spec updated to document change of target

ssa->hdu: please contact me before starting to implement this feature. as I
wrote before the handling of popup windows (i.e. the case when they close) has
to be changed, as the code currently is unaware of the type of the window.
