In Calc make a split (WINDOW-SPLIT) and change to the VIEW-PAGE BREAK PREVIEW =>
the split is shown on a different position.

The split position is stored in pixels, not as a cell position. It's supposed to
be that way. Oliver wants to keep this open as enhancement issue.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
