Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 23888
Problems with textlabels in OLE 2.0 objects created by OpenOffice 1.1 Word processor
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:38:26 UTC
There are problems with displaying textlabels of an ole 2.0 chart application. The textlabels within the graph display correctly with OpenOffice 1.0x application, but are not displayed in correct size with OpenOffice 1.1x application. It does not matter, if the text which contains the graph, was created / loaded by OO 1.0x or 1.1x. For further details view the attached files and compare.

Reassigned to MRU
MRU->SJ: the text in the object's metafile is displayed a bit expanded. Thus the labels seem cut off.

SJ->THB: This is a metafile import problem, please take a look, thanks
Wil have a look.
retargeted due to lack of resources
With OOO-version 2.0.3, the problem seems to be solved now large and by. Only for text smaller than 9 pts. the formatting still does not look ok. See next attachement for sample files.
Created attachment 38479 [details] in zip: new Testfile with formatting large and by ok (sdw and odt versions)
With OpenOffice 2.1, the issue seems to be resolved now. Labels of any size are diplayed properly now.
