Windows 2003/Gentoo Linux/ OOo 1.1 With Hebrew local, and HTML save charset set
as windows-1255:

When editing a new Hebrew HTML document as WYSIWYG, and then switching to source
view, displayes all the Hebrew in the source as high ansi. Saving the document,
closing and then re-opening it displays the Hebrew currectly.

It seems that OpenOffice for some reason got the wrong encoding for trhe html
source view, until it read it from the saved file.

ES->BH: Please clear with MIB if it is possible to display correct Hebrew
characters in the source code.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
