(I write about the dialog which in german version is Datei->Eigenschaften. I am
not sure if my translation in the summary is correct.) This dialog shows all its
entries on different tabs. I would prefer a grid display (like Windows registry
and others) where on the left side in groups the buildin property names are
listet and besides on the right values can be edited. This way usermade
properties (which are now named info1 etc.) could be given new userset names. So
entries in html-documents can be written in html-view directly and kept the same
and shown in the properties dialog.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
