I created a presentation that used automatic slide transition(after so many 
seconds the next slide displays on its own).  Upon exporting it to a swf file 
you had to click on the screen for the next slide to appear.

At the moment this function is not supported. So this is not an issue but more a
feature.

Not just slide transitions dont work - all animations are affected,
and all objects with "appear"-animations are visible from the start.
