Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 24798
Add support for XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language)
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:12:27 UTC
For new versions I would like an option "Save as XBRL", since a lot of financial reporting is done with spresdsheets. XBRL is an XML format and will become soon the new worldwide standard for Bussiness Reporting.

I'm sorry for my English (I translated using google) XBRL has become the official language to deposit the balance sheets of commercial companies in the European community. Being able to handle files with a program like that already uses OOo native format approved by ISO greatly simplify the work of many people. Thanks
