Reproduction:

1. Open BASIC IDE
2. Select "Find&Replace"
3. Enter a term that does *not* exist
4. Press "Find"
5. Confirm to continue search from the beginning
6. The dialog "Searchkey not found" pops up
7. Press "Find" on the "Search&Replace" dialog
8. Confirm to continue search from the beginning
9. The dialog "Searchkey not found" pops up
10. Press "Cancel" on the "Search&Replace" dialog

You end up having two "Searchkey not found" dialogs.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
