The attached .sxi file has some lines with arrowheads, exported to .ppt the
arrowheads are pretty big in powerpoint. The total length of the line is good,
but the arrow heads are out of proportion.

Issue is double to 166, and of course we should not always map to the 
biggest arrowhead. Because of only 9 available arrow sizes in 
Microsoft, a 100% correct mapping can't be done.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
