When moving caret along a written string in a Spreadsheet cell getTextAtIndex()
is not passed thus a screen reader tool does not report on the caret possition.

Testing current m20 on Solaris Nevada:
- Orca does speak the character at caret using carte flat review (KP_2/Down)
- at-poke and accerciser both notice the text-caret-moved event in their event
monitor.

@OBR: can we close as "fixed"?

I believe this bug has been fixed with issue 90613.
