1.Open a new presentation 2.Create a presentation using the template in openoffice 3.Make sure the main toolbar is displayed on the left side 4.Select the icon showing "Zoom In" function and "Zoom out" function 5.While zoom out works on selection zoom in doesnt
Created attachment 13429 [details] screenshot showing the main toolbar
Clicking the zoom in tool doesnt maximize the slide view unlike zoom out which does it once it is clicked.
For zooming in it is possible to define a certain area that should be zoomed in to. For zooming out it makes no sense to define any area. Priority changed.
This works like it should be. When you are of a different opinion please reopen the issue and change to issue type enhancement or open a new issue. Thanks for your help. PS: for quick zooming in and out you can use also the + and - on your keyboard. Thanks for your help.

Yeah i guess the zoom in function works only in the way you had mentioned. But however as mentioned in the specification the keyboard '+' did not work for zoom in.The zoom out '-' works well on keyboard too. Selecting a specific area works or clicking on the zoom in and clicking on the slide causes the whole slide to zoom. I know this is just a minor issue, but when i just click zoom in isn't it supposed to give me double the size of the slide just by just one click.
Reopened. Sorry, you are right. I should have looked at the exact description in the help files....
The helps says:" Displays the slide at two times its current size." That's what should happen - it does not, so it is a bug. Reassigned to Christian.
André, one for you
Accepted.
Main Toolbar does not exist in AOO 4.0., items have been moved to other toolbars. Zoom has been reworked, adding a zoom slider to the status bar.
